At Northturn Cleaners, we use a simple monthly subscription model rather than charging per clean because it creates a true win-win partnership that makes life easier—and often more affordable—for both hosts and our team. For you as the host, it means complete predictability: one consistent payment covers all your turnovers (up to the tier limit), eliminating surprise invoices during busy months and making budgeting effortless, so you can focus on bookings and guests instead of bills. For us, it allows reliable planning and the ability to deliver thorough, unhurried cleans with the same familiar husband-and-wife team every time.
Our monthly model can also work out cheaper overall than traditional per-clean pricing. For example, a typical 2–3 bedroom cabin with 6 turnovers in a month might cost $900–$1,200 (at $150–$200 per clean) with other services—plus extra fees for laundry or restocking. With our Pro tier at $1,100/month, those 6 turnovers come with full laundry, paper/coffee restock, and bi-annual deep cleans included, potentially saving $100–$300 in a busy month while providing greater consistency and peace of mind. It’s a straightforward approach that aligns success for everyone: happy guests, great reviews, and lower stress all around.
